Returns & Refunds

We want you and your pet to be happy with every order. If something isn't right, we offer a straightforward 30-day return window.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
• For hygiene reasons, opened grooming tools and consumable items cannot be returned unless defective.

How to Start a Return

1. Email support@pawora.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. We'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions, including the return address.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method.

Refund Timing

Refunds are typically issued within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. It may take a few additional days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
